The Dumeril factory was established in 1845 in Saint-Omer, but did not enjoy a particularly long history. Nevertheless, during its approximately 41 years of operation, it built a well-known reputation, especially for its distinctive and richly varied range. Today, it remains notable because a significant portion of the factory’s collection has been preserved and is permanently exhibited in Saint-Omer. The catalogue comprises 11 pages featuring approximately 74 different, elaborately decorated models and dates from around 1870–1880.
